A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be emailed to you before the scheduled webinar date. Please check your Junk/Spam folders. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please email us right away at support@trainingdynamo.com.

1.) Add our domain (trainingdynamo.com) to your Safe Senders list (see below).
2.) Invitation details will be emailed to you before the event.
If you do not receive the invitation, check your Junk/Spam folders.
If you can’t find the invitation, please email support@trainingdynamo.com right away so that we can be sure you receive the information before the webinar is scheduled to start.
3.) Click the Microsoft Teams meeting link you received in your email.
If you do not have Microsoft Teams loaded on your computer, your web browser will open a page where you can choose to join the meeting on the web.
Select Continue on this browser and enter your name to join as a guest — no Microsoft account or app needed.
ADD A DOMAIN TO SAFE SENDERS IN OUTLOOK ON THE WEB (OUTLOOK.COM / MICROSOFT 365)
1.) Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top right.
2.) Select View all Outlook settings.
3.) Go to Mail → Junk email.
4.) Under Safe senders and domains, select + Add safe sender.
5.) Enter just the domain (for example: example.com*).
6.) Select Save.
* Emails from that entire domain will no longer go to Junk.

Attendee name must match the name of the user/workstation that connects to the meeting.
If the attendee changes after registration, please email before the scheduled webinar date to provide us with the changes.

We will open the meeting lobby 15 minutes prior to the webinar start time in order to give you time to verify that your audio and video are working correctly.

It is recommended that you test your audio and video before the meeting starts.
For the best experience, use the Microsoft Teams desktop app.
If you join in a browser, you’ll still get a setup screen, but testing options may be more limited.
If your computer does not support audio, please email us in advance at support@trainingdynamo.com to find out options for joining in Listen Only mode (via a separate telephone number/access code).

Registering for a webinar does not include automatic access to the recording.
